Julia Frej transforms old jewelery into new. She has now used WOS old treasures and created new, beautiful creations.

Julia Frej is a multi-artist and is best known as a singer/songwriter. She has appeared in everything from TV/podcasts to theater and now she has also started making jewelry with a focus on re-make mixed with her own craft. Now she dreams of taking everything further and sketches on future designs."It all started because I couldn't afford the jewelry I wanted, so I took some knick-knacks at home and started making my own. Then the ideas started coming and I couldn't stop. And the pieces was worn on red carpets and covers, which was so much fun. Just like in music I can turn feelings and thoughts into something, and like the magpie that I am, there are a lot of things to be found in the drawers. All the vintage pieces, broken jewelry, drawings could now get a new life. I have always loved jewelry and now I started caring for the old instead of buying new things. It has also been so nice to be able to customize jewelry according to the wishes of customers. 

When I go into WOS I go absolutely crazy and want to buy everything. So when Jennie Rhönnstad (a favorite designer) asked if I wanted to bring home a box of WOS stuff for re-make, the answer was a clear yes. Fun not knowing what's in the box and then creating from that with a store I love."
