GENERAL INFORMATION
What happens after I place an order ?
After you have placed an order you will automatically receive an order confirmation from us by email. If there is a problem with your order you will be contacted by email.
What are the guidelines regarding items on sale and discounts?
Sale and discounts apply as long as the items are still in stock.
What happens if an item is out-of-stock?
We offer many handmade unique items and small collections. If an item is out of stock we will restock it as quickly as possible. If however you should purchase a product which is sold out for good before we get around to remove it from the website we will contact you imediately and refund your money.
Will I receive the same product that I see in the photo?
Yes, except in the case of products that are handcrafted in which there may be slight differenc-es in the final product since every item is unique.
Can minors shop at WOS?
No, at WOS we do not sell products to minors without parents approval.

Which credit cards can I use on the website?
We offer the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal.
Is it safe to use my credit card on the website?
We collaborate with Klarna and Paypal. Klarna Checkout makes it easy, flexible and is a secure way to shop online. If you reside outside Sweden will your transactions always be carried out through Paypal providing the most advanced encryption level in the industry. All your confidential information is protected and ensures safe online transactions.
How can I be sure that I’ve made my purchase correctly?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive an email please get in touch with us.

DISCOUNT CODE
How and where do I enter my discount code?
You will come across the Discount Code field directly after you have entered your credit card and address information on our Paypal payment page. Simply enter the Discount Code exactly as it appears in the Discount Code field. Then, click apply to see your discount deducted from your order total.

Is it possible to subscribe to a newsletter from WOS?
Yes! Get automatic information about the latest news, first priority on offers and keep track of what's happening here at WOS. Just scroll down to the footer and fill in your name and email address in the field below the envelope or in the pop-up on the page. You get 15% on a purchase when you sign up for the newsletter.
Can I cancel my Newsletter subscription?
You can easily cancel your subscription by clicking on the “Unsubscribe from this list” link in the Newsletter Menu. Simply fill in the details and select “Submit”
CHRISTMAS INFO
What conditions apply during Christmas ?
Since so many consignments are sent during Christmas time the delivery time can become extended. If you want to be sure to get your product before 24/12 we recommend you to place your order no later than 13/12. For destinations abroad we recom-mend you to place an order well ahead.
Extended right of exchange for Christmas presents: 1 November – 12 January
FORCE MAJEURE
What does a Force Majeure entail?
Should unforeseen events outside the control WOS occur (such as natural disasters, strikes, war, and other similar events) and these events do not allow WOS to keep our agreement to you (the customer) , WOS is free from liability or obligation towards you when an extraordinary event or circumstance (like listed above) occurs.
