What happens after I place an order?
Once you place an order in our online store, you will automatically receive an order confirmation. If there is an issue with your order, we will contact you via email.

Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the agreement between you and WOSSTORE.COM will occur when we send you a confirmation that the goods have been shipped.

What applies to sales and discounts?
All discounts and sales are valid while supplies last.

What happens if the product is out of stock?
We work with many handmade and unique products in limited quantities. If a product is out of stock, we will restock it as soon as possible. If you purchase a product that is permanently out of stock and we have not yet removed it from the online store, we will contact you and issue a refund immediately.

Does the product look like it does in the picture?
Yes, to the greatest extent possible. Products that are handmade or have handmade components may vary slightly as each one is unique.

Can minors shop at WOS?
No, WOS does not sell to minors without parental consent.

Is it safe to use my credit card on the website?

KLARNA TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Payment via Klarna Checkout
In collaboration with Klarna Bank AB, Sveavägen, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options through Klarna: invoice payment, installment payments, credit card payments, and direct payments.

By providing your information at checkout, you agree to Klarna's terms. Clicking “Complete Purchase” signifies your acceptance of WOS's general terms and conditions.

Klarna Checkout presents certain information as soon as your identity is verified. The required information may vary depending on the purchase occasion and the customer.

No credit check is performed directly in Klarna Checkout; instead, it is done if required based on the selected payment option. Credit checks performed by Klarna do not affect your credit score and are not visible to other entities requesting credit information, such as banks.

Invoice Payment via Klarna:
For customers shopping within Sweden, we offer Klarna invoice payment. With Klarna invoice, you receive the product before you pay and have 14 days to complete the payment. After 14 days, a reminder fee will be added to the original amount. For purchases under 60 SEK, a fee of 29 SEK applies, and for purchases of 60 SEK or more, a fee of 60 SEK applies. A late payment interest of 24% plus the applicable reference rate will also be charged.

If payment is not made, the claim may be transferred to a debt collection agency, where additional collection fees may apply.

How and where can I enter my discount code?
You can find the discount code field at checkout. Before completing your purchase, enter the code in the discount code field. Click "Apply" to see the discount deducted from the total amount.

CHRISTMAS INFORMATION

What terms apply during Christmas?
During this time, shipping times may be extended due to the high volume of packages. To ensure delivery before December 24th, we recommend placing your order no later than December 13th.

Extended exchange policy for Christmas gifts: November 1st – January 12th.

FORCE MAJEURE

What does Force Majeure mean?
If unforeseen events beyond WOS’s control occur (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, war, and other comparable events) and these events prevent WOS from fulfilling its agreement with you as a customer, WOS is exempt from liability due to the above-mentioned reasons.
