Tove Knuts

Designer

Tove Knuts studied metal design at Konstfack, university college of arts, crafts & design. Some years after graduation she started the jewelry brand "Ja. Galanterier" with colleague Malin Bäccman.

Inspired by Art Nouveau and its organic forms, they have created a number of collections, some of which is sold here at WOS. Nowadays Tove is working on her own, but shares her workshop with three other designers / artists in Skanstull, Stockholm. She commutes between work both commercially and artistically. She has participated in exhibitions in Sweden, Europe and New Zealand (where she lived) while making jewelry for clothing brands and own, simpler creations for sale in the shops. Right now Tove is inspired by molecular shapes and bubbles.
