Shipping within Sweden: DHL Freight 39 SEK, trackable delivery to your nearest DHL service point within 2–5 business days.

Pickup in-store: 0 SEK

Shipping within Europe: Delivered via PostNord or DHL Express. Standard 150–200 SEK (with tracking). Free shipping on orders over 2000 SEK.

Shipping to the rest of the world: DHL Express. Standard 400 SEK (with tracking). Free shipping on orders over 2000 SEK.

*Note: When ordering from a country outside the EU, import and customs fees may apply. If you live in a rural area, your package will be delivered by your local postal carrier. As postal services vary by country, contact your local post office for questions regarding delivery outside Sweden.


DELIVERY

How will my package be delivered within Sweden?
We partner with DHL Freight in Sweden to provide fast and reliable shipping. Your package will be sent to a DHL service point near your postal code and will remain available for pickup for 7 days.

Need more time to pick up your package?
You can extend the pickup time to a total of 21 days easily and free of charge via the SMS notification you receive from DHL when your package is ready for collection.

What happens if I don’t pick up my package?
Unclaimed packages that are returned to us will be handled by WOS as a return, and a service fee of 150 SEK will be charged.

How will my package be delivered abroad?

  • Within the EU: Your package will be delivered to a service point via PostNord or DHL. You will receive a notification via SMS or email when your package arrives.
  • Outside the EU: We partner with DHL for shipping outside the EU. Packages are delivered to your home or the nearest service point, and you’ll receive a notification via SMS or email when it arrives.

*Note: Unexpected customs and import fees may apply, which you as the buyer are responsible for.

In-store pickup
Your order will be prepared in the chosen store within 1–3 business days, typically ready for pickup within 24 hours. You will be notified via email when your order is ready for collection.

Your order will be held for 30 days. If you do not collect it within this time frame, your order will be canceled, and WOS will charge a service fee of 100 SEK for order handling and reservation of the item.

DELIVERY TIME

How long will it take to receive my order?
Your package will leave WOS within 3 business days. Delivery time depends on the shipping company after it leaves WOS. Typically, your package will arrive within 2–5 business days after order confirmation.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays, such as Midsummer, Christmas, etc.

What should I do if my delivery is delayed or does not arrive?
We work to ensure WOS orders arrive quickly and smoothly. Contact us if your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time.


Can I cancel my purchase?

Yes, you have the right to return or exchange your item within 14 days from receiving your package. This also applies to sale items. Please note that this return and exchange right only applies to purchases made via the WOS webshop.

For in-store purchases, different rules apply: returns can be made within 7 days, but sale items purchased in-store are not eligible for exchanges.

The right to return applies only to unused items with a receipt/order number. You have the right to return your item within 14 days from receiving your package. This also applies to sale items.

Please fill in and attach the return slip so that we can better understand the reason for your return. If you wish to return part of your order, please mark on the delivery note which products you want to return. When you cancel your purchase, you are responsible for the shipping cost.

*If you live outside Sweden and wish to return an item, it is important that you pay for both the shipping and customs declaration, otherwise, we cannot accept your return.

Need us to create a return shipping label for you?
Email shop@wosstore.com, and we’ll send you a QR code. Bring your return to your nearest PostNord service point and show the QR code to print a shipping label. Cost: 54 SEK, deducted from your refund.

Returns can also be made in-store. If returned over the weekend, it will be processed the next business day.

Lost your return form?
Include a handwritten note in the box with your order number and name. Without this information, we will not be able to locate your order and process your refund.

Refunds
Once we approve the return (the product must be in perfect condition), you will receive an email notification, and the amount will be refunded to your account within a few business days.


EXCHANGES

How do I exchange an item?

Extended exchange period for Christmas gifts: November 1 – January 12.

You have 14 days to exchange an item after you have picked it up. The exchange policy applies only to unused items with a receipt/order number. You have the right to exchange your item within 14 days from receiving your package. This also applies to sale items.

Note that this exchange policy only applies to purchases made via the WOS webshop. For in-store purchases, different rules apply: exchanges can be made within 7 days, but sale items purchased in-store are not eligible for exchange.

Please contact us when you want to exchange an item, so that we can ensure the item/size is in stock. Once you have received a response from us, you can send it to us. Be sure to indicate on the return slip you received with the delivery that you wish to make an exchange and what you would like to exchange it for.

For exchanges, you are responsible for the shipping cost to WOS, but WOS will cover the shipping cost of your new product.

If you live outside Sweden and wish to exchange an item, it is important that you pay for both the shipping and customs declaration, otherwise, we cannot accept your exchange.

COMPLAINTS

How do I file a complaint about an item?
We thoroughly check all items before shipping. However, if you receive a defective product, contact us immediately! Attach a photo of the product and describe the damage. Once we receive the information, we’ll resolve it by sending a replacement or issuing a refund. WOS will cover the shipping costs for complaints.

Refunds for complaints
Once we approve the complaint and receive the product, we will send a replacement or notify you via email that the amount will be refunded to your account within a few days.
