Delivery Information

Within Sweden

  • Mypack Home Small: 39 SEK, trackable, delivery to your mailbox within 2-5 working days.
  • Mypack Collect: 39 SEK, if the package does not fit in your mailbox, it will be delivered to the nearest collection point, delivery within 2-5 working days.
  • Rural Mail Carrier: Packages are delivered by the rural mail carrier in sparsely populated areas.

International

  • Within the EU: Delivered to a collection point with PostNord. Notification via SMS/email.
  • Outside the EU: We collaborate with DHL. Delivered to your home or the nearest collection point. Notification via SMS/email. Unexpected customs and import fees may apply and are the customer's responsibility.

In-Store Pickup

  • Your order is packed within 1-5 working days.
  • You will be contacted via email when your order is ready for pickup.
  • The package remains available for 30 days; after this period, the order will be canceled and a service fee of 100 SEK will be charged.

Delivery Time

  • Your package leaves WOS within 3 working days.
  • Delivery time depends on the postal service and is usually within 2-5 working days.

Shipping Costs

  • Within Sweden: 39 SEK
  • In-Store Pickup: 0 SEK
  • Within Europe: Standard 150 - 200 SEK (with tracking)
  • Rest of the World: Standard 400 SEK (with tracking)
  • Free shipping for orders over 2000 SEK

Returns

Can I cancel my purchase? Yes, you have a 14-day return and exchange right after receiving your package if the product is not custom-made ("made on demand").

Returns

  • The right to return only applies to unused items with a receipt. Fill out and include the return form so we understand the reason for the return.
  • If you choose to return part of your order, mark on the packing slip which products you are returning.
  • You are responsible for the return shipping cost.

*If you are outside Sweden and want to return an item, you must pay for both shipping and customs declaration; otherwise, we cannot accept your return.

Lost your return slip? Include a handwritten note in the package. Write your order number and name. If this is not included, we will not be able to locate your order and refund you.

How and when will the refund be made? Once we have approved the return (the product must be in perfect condition), we will send an email informing you that the amount will be refunded to your account within a few days.

Exchanges

How do I exchange an item? You have a 14-day exchange right after receiving your package. Contact us if you want to exchange an item to ensure the item/size is in stock. Once you have received a response from us, you can send the item to us. Be sure to write on the return form that you want to exchange the item and what you want to exchange it for.

You are responsible for the shipping cost to WOS, but WOS will cover the shipping cost of your new product.

*If you are in Norway and want to return an item, you must pay for both shipping and customs declaration; otherwise, we cannot accept your return.

Complaints

How do I make a complaint about an item? We always check the item carefully before sending it. However, if you receive a defective item, contact us as soon as possible! Attach a picture of the product and describe the damage. Once we have received the information, we will resolve it with a new item or a refund. In the case of a complaint, WOS will cover the shipping cost.
