DELIVERY
How is my package delivered?
We collaborate with DHL Freight within Sweden to offer you fast and reliable shipping and delivery of our products. Your package will be delivered to a DHL service point near your postal code. The parcel remains with the DHL Service point-agent for 7 days from the time you receive your notification.
Do you need to extend your storage time at the service point?
You can extend your storage time to 21 days at longest, easy done by the link you receive of DHL to your phone when your order is ready for pick up.
What happens if I don't pick up my order at the service point?
If the package is not picked up within the time frame, it will automatically be sent in return to us and we will manage your order as a repurchase and be will be handled as a repurchase and charged with a service fee of 150 SEK.
Within the EU: Packages are shipped with PostNord or DHL Express.
Outside the EU: Packages are shipped with DHL Express.
DHL Freight: 39 SEK, trackable, delivery to your nearest DHL service point within 2–5 business days. Free shipping on purchases over 699 SEK!
If you live in a rural area, your package will be delivered by the rural postal carrier. *Since postal systems vary between countries, please contact your local post office for questions regarding delivery outside Sweden.
How is my package delivered abroad?
Within the EU: Your package will be delivered to a service point via PostNord or DHL. You will receive a notification via SMS/email when the package has arrived.
Outside the EU: We work with DHL for shipments outside the EU. The package will be delivered to your home or to the nearest service point. You will receive a notification via SMS/email when the package has arrived.
*Please note that unexpected customs and import fees may apply, which are your responsibility.
Store Pickup
Your order will be packed at the chosen store within 1–5 business days. You will be contacted by email when your order is ready for pickup. Your package will be held for 30 days. If you don’t pick it up within this time frame, your order will be canceled, and WOS will charge a service fee of 100 SEK for handling and reserving the item.
Did you select the wrong delivery method? Contact shop@wosstore.com as soon as possible, and we will do our best to make the change.
DELIVERY TIME
How long will it take to receive my order?
Your package leaves WOS within 3 business days. Once shipped, delivery time depends on the shipping company. Usually, your package arrives within 2–5 business days from the order date.
*Please note that orders are not packed on weekends and public holidays, such as Midsummer, Christmas, etc.
What should I do if my delivery is delayed or missing?
We always aim for WOS orders to arrive quickly and smoothly. Contact us if your package has not arrived after the estimated delivery time.
SHIPPING
Shipping within Sweden: DHL Freight, 39 SEK, free shipping on purchases over 699 SEK.
Store Pickup: 0 SEK
Shipping within Europe: Standard 150 - 200 SEK (trackable)
Shipping to the Rest of the World: Standard 400 SEK (trackable) Free for orders over 2000 SEK
*Please note that if you order from outside the EU, additional import and customs fees may apply.
Can I cancel my purchase?
Yes, you have a 14-day return and exchange policy after receiving your package, provided the product is not custom-made ("made on demand").
RETURNS
The return policy only applies to unused items with a receipt. Complete and include the return form to help us understand the reason for the return.
If you are returning part of your order, please mark on the packing slip which products you wish to return. When canceling your purchase, you are responsible for the shipping cost.
*If you live outside Sweden and want to return an item, it is important to pay both for shipping and customs declaration; otherwise, we cannot accept your return.

Lost your return form?
Place a handwritten note in the box with your order number and name. Without this, we will not be able to locate your order and process your refund.
How and when will I be refunded?
Once we have approved the return (the product must be in perfect condition), we will send an email informing you that the amount will be refunded to your account within a few days.
EXCHANGES
How do I exchange an item?
Extended exchange period for holiday gifts: November 1 – January 12.
You have a 14-day exchange policy after collecting your package. Contact us when you want to exchange an item so we can confirm that the item/size is available. Once you receive confirmation, you may send it to us. Be sure to mark on the return form included with your delivery that you want to exchange and indicate what you want to exchange for.
For exchanges, you are responsible for shipping to WOS, but WOS will cover the shipping cost for your new product.
*If you live in Norway and want to return an item, it is important to pay both for shipping and customs declaration; otherwise, we cannot accept your return.

COMPLAINTS
How do I file a complaint about a product?
We thoroughly inspect each product before shipping. However, if you receive a defective item, contact us as soon as possible! Attach a photo of the product and describe the defect. Once we receive this information, we will resolve it with a replacement or refund. For complaints, WOS covers the shipping cost.
