What does REK mean?

REK domestic is a safe way to send shipments up to a market value of SEK 5,000. Via tracking, you can see where your Rek is in Posten's process. With Rek, you always know that your shipment reaches the right person, because it is acknowledged by the recipient or or selected representative.

With Rek abroad, the same conditions apply as for REK domestic. Your shipment is then only insured up to a market value of SEK 2,000.


DELIVERY


How is my package delivered?

We cooperate with Posten.se to be able to offer you fast and reliable shipping of our products. DHL abroad.

How long will it take before I receive my order?

We pack and ship your order within 3 business days. Normally you will receive your package within 3 - 7 days, but the postal route may vary, then depending on the post office.

Can I check the status of my order?

Yes, you can, provided you have chosen to send your package as REK. You will then automatically receive a tracking number sent to the e-mail address you provided.

Where should I pick up my package?

Within Sweden, the postal package is delivered directly to your mailbox. In the event that the package is too large for your mailbox, you can pick it up at your nearest post office, e.g. your local grocery store. You will then be notified via SMS or letter where the package is available for collection. For those of you who live in sparsely populated areas, it is the rural postman who delivers the package. *Because the postal system differs between countries, contact your local post office if you have questions regarding postal delivery outside Sweden.

What do I do in case of non-delivery or delayed delivery?

Contact us at shop@wosstore.com if your package has not arrived after the estimated delivery time.

What do special delivery conditions mean?

We do not have some products in stock, but they are made to order. This does not have to mean that the delivery time will be longer, but if this is the case, we will contact you as soon as we receive your order.


RETURNS

Can I return an item?
You are entitled to refund items within 14 days of receiving your package, this does not include items on sale or customized products. The product must be returned unused with your receipt included. Please fill out your re-turned goods notice to provide us a clue to the reason for your refund. Please note: If you choose to cancel your order the shipping fee is funded by you.

* If you live in Norway or Switzerland it’s important that you pay for both shipping and toll declaration, otherwise we can’t receive your shipment.

EXCHANGES

What do I do if I want to exchange a product ?

You can exchange an item within 14 days of receiving your package. Get in touch with us if you want to exchange an item, so we can make sure that it is in stock. In case of an exchange WOS will naturally fund the shipping cost for your new item.

COMPLAINT

What do I do if I want to complain a product ?
We always check our products carefully before we ship them to our clients. Should the product nevertheless be defective when you receive it please get in touch with us as soon as possible! We will of course refund the shipping cost for your return if it’s due to mistakes made by us.

How and when will I receive my refund?
Once the complaint has been approved (and the item is returned) you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the refund will be paid into your account within a few days.
