WOS Newsletter:
By subscribing to the WOS newsletter, you as a customer will receive general club offers and offers specifically tailored to your customer profile. These offers are based on previous purchase and visit history, as well as interactions and actions on our site. These offers are distributed via email to the email address you provided during the registration process. If you have agreed to receive newsletters from us, you may receive emails about shopping recommendations, invitations, early access, and surveys.

Membership in WOS Store:

These terms apply to WOS membership, issued by WOS (Widing O Stöllman AB, 556884-9664). Membership in the WOS customer club is free, and there is no obligation to become a member of the customer club to shop at WOS.

By becoming a member of the WOS customer club, you as a customer will receive general club offers and offers specifically tailored to your customer profile. These offers are based on previous purchase and visit history, as well as interactions and actions on our site and in our physical stores. These offers are distributed via email or SMS to the email address and mobile number you provided during the registration process. The registration process takes place in one of the WOS stores when purchasing from us. If you have agreed to receive newsletters from us, you may receive emails about shopping recommendations, invitations, early access, and surveys. Benefits for you as a member of the WOS customer club include receiving your receipts by email and having your purchases saved. Your membership in the WOS customer club is limited to you as an individual and is not transferable. Your data and registered purchases are stored indefinitely or until you terminate your membership.

Change or Terminate Membership in WOS Customer Club:
You can correct your provided information at any time by contacting WOS at shop@wosstore.com. It is your responsibility as a member to ensure that all the information you have provided is correct. You can terminate your membership with us at any time by contacting our customer service.

Please note that we reserve the right to make minor changes to the WOS customer club and our membership terms without significantly affecting you as a member. You will be notified of more extensive changes.

Liability Limitation:
We at WOS disclaim responsibility for any system errors or reduced functionality regarding the WOS customer club online or in physical stores. It is your responsibility as a customer to ensure the registration, change, or deletion of your account in our customer club.

General Competition Rules:

By accepting the competition terms, you agree that the data you provide about yourself when submitting an entry will be processed to administer the competition. In connection with the publication of the winner of the competition, personal data such as name, surname, email address, and phone number will be saved. By accepting these general competition terms, you consent to the processing of personal data as described above. By accepting the competition terms, you agree that Widing O Stöllman AB may use your email address and phone number for marketing communications such as newsletters. The competition is run by Widing O Stöllman AB, Västberga allé 60, 126 30 Hägersten. To participate in the competition, you must reside and be registered in Sweden, be 18 years of age at the start of the competition, and accept the competition rules.

Participate to win a gift card worth 2000 SEK at Wosstore.com. To enter, you need to answer three questions and provide your name, mobile number, and email address so you can be contacted if you win. The competition runs from 19/9 till 31/10 17:00 2024. The prize is a gift card worth 2000 SEK, which can be used at wosstore.com. You can participate once by answering the form. One (1) winner will be selected in total. The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes on the prize.

In the event of a dispute over the rules, conduct, results, and all other matters related to the competition, Widing O Stöllman AB's decision will be final, and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into. Suspected cheating in any form gives Widing O Stöllman AB the right to disqualify entries. This and other decisions by the competition jury cannot be appealed.

The winner will be contacted via email. Widing O Stöllman AB will try to reach the winner within 5 business days after the competition ends. If the winner cannot be reached, Widing O Stöllman AB reserves the right to select a new winner. It is not possible to exchange the prize for cash or other goods.

By participating in the competition, you guarantee that you meet the competition terms. Widing O Stöllman AB reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not meet the above competition terms.
