How long will my order take to arrive?

The delivery time within Europe and to all other Countries worldwide is 5 - 10 working days.

How much is the shipping fee?

Shipping within Europe:
Standard 69 SEK
REK 115 SEK

Shipping to the rest of the world:
Standard 76 SEK
REK 121 SEK

* Please note when you place an order from a Country outside the EU that import fees may be added.

What does REK entail?

When using International Registered Mail the same conditions apply as for Domestic Registered Mail. However your item can then only be insured up to a market value of 2000 SEK.

REK inrikes; Domestic Registered Mail is a secure way of sending items with a market value of up to 5000 SEK. Tracking enables you to see where your item of Registered Mail is within the Posten system. With Registered Mail, you can always be sure that your item reaches the right person, since receipt is confirmed by the recipient or their representative.

What do I do if I want to exchange a product ?

You can exchange an item within 14 days of receiving your package. Get in touch with us if you want to exchange an item, so we can make sure that it is in stock. In case of an exchange WOS will naturally fund the shipping cost for your new item.

* If you live in Norway or Switzerland it’s important that you pay for both shipping and toll declaration, otherwise we can’t receive your shipment.

Can I return an item?

You are entitled to refund items within 14 days of receiving your package, this does not include items on sale. The product must be returned unused with your receipt included. Please fill out your re-turned goods notice to provide us a clue to the reason for your refund. Please note: If you choose to cancel your order the shipping fee is funded by you.
